We got really really really bored today. We couldn't go outside because it decided to snow. So we explored a bit of the town, went and saw the Nidoraus (that is not spelled right but close enough) Cathedral. It has a green roof for some reason. After that we got to go and sit in the police station for about an hour, that is where they do the immigration stuff. My dad sat at the counter and talked to the lady and we all went up when it was our turn and they looked at us, looked at our passports, then scanned it all, and told us we could sit down. All that waiting for hardly anything.
Then we went home and watched Abbot and Costello's version of Jack and the Beanstalk. It was pretty good, but it only took a few hours. We still were pretty wound up. Snowy, stuck in the house days will do that to you.
So we started playing Hide and Seek. Normally that game isn't very much fun but occasionally if you have the right house with good hiding spots it is totally worth it. And this house is defiantly worth it. We probably played for 45 minutes maybe an hour. We all had some really good spots. I hid in the wood box, Tyler hid on A.J.'s bed, Skylee hid in my dad's coat and boots making it impossible to see her, and A.J. hid in his closet. Ty had a really great idea. He took a clear plastic tub, stuck it on his head, and followed A.J. around saying "I'm invisible! I'm awesome! And all three of them put together!"
Then we started to get bored again after that, A.J. went upstairs looking for Tyler. I was hiding in my room so I was privileged to get to hear what happened next. Ty was hiding right behind the door and thought A.J. had seen him. Andrew, however hadn't, he walked right by and into Ty's room when he came back out Tyler said "Yoda" (which is Norwegian for yes). Oh A.J. flipped out. He yelled so loud the neighbors two floors down should have freaked out, and he was stomping his feet and couldn't stand up. Tyler on the other hand couldn't stand up because he was laughing sooooo hard.
A.J. eventually recovered and came into my room....Ty walked in first and saw me. A.J. followed him in and I jumped up and yelled. He flipped out again, just not quite as badly. We went back to Ty's room and Sky popped out from under the blanket and A.J. let out a high pitched scream.
Now we are bored again and waiting for dinner, then family home evening, then bed time. I am actually looking forward to school on Wednesday I don't think i can last much longer stuck in the house with my siblings.
